Cancellation & Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you and Jessica Lynne Mediumship Pty Ltd (ABN: 94 677 934 208) concerning your participation in a Psychic Medium Reading with Jessica Lynne as agreed to when you secured your appointment. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all clients across all countries, including the USA.

1. To partake in your Psychic Medium Reading, you must attend the appointment at the time you selected during booking. It is crucial to double-check your booking time and any relevant time zone differences. Any missed or cancelled appointments due to improper scheduling will be regarded as a cancellation on your part. If you fail to attend your appointment, Jessica will not offer a rescheduling option or provide a refund.

2.  We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes to your appointment time if such requests are received at least 3 days before your appointment date. Any modifications made within 3 days of the appointment may be considered a cancellation.

3. You may cancel your reading up to 3 days prior to your appointment date. To manage your booking, including rescheduling or cancellation, please refer to the confirmation email you received after booking and select “Change/Cancel Appointment”. If you did not receive this confirmation email, please contact us at jess@jessicalynnemediumship.com

4.  You acknowledge that, if circumstances beyond Jessica's control (such as illness or other unforeseen events) necessitate rescheduling, we may need to alter scheduled appointments. You agree to engage in good faith discussions regarding any rescheduling needed due to such situations.

5. In the event that Jessica alters your appointment (due to illness or unexpected circumstances), and does so in good faith by proposing a reasonable alternative time slot without prior consultation, it is your responsibility to reach out to Jessica if the new time does not suit you. Upon receiving notification of this change, you are expected to confirm your availability. Should you fail to attend the rescheduled appointment, please be advised that no refund will be issued, and Jessica will not arrange another appointment.
